Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Refunds:
- We want you to be satisfied with your Furry Friends purchase. If not completely satisfied, return it within 5 days of purchase for a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees (unless specified).
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after receiving the returned item.
2. Cancellations:
- Cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't been processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- To cancel an order, contact our customer service team with your order details as soon as possible.
- If your order has already been shipped, you may still return it for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with any accessories or documentation.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless due to our mistake or a defective product.
4. Exceptions:
- Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons or perishability.
- Customized or personalized items may also be exempt from the return policy unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
- We may request photos or additional information to process a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
